Qualities and skillsets should include:
- Creative art and design skills
- Works well on a team and contributes to the collaborative atmosphere
- Able to critique themselves and others in a constructive manner
- Ability to both focus and multitask, with a strong attention to detail
- Proactive and deadline-driven
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
- Experience in social media, web design, and AI a plus

- Design article layouts for magazine production
- Create print advertisements for publication clients

- Help with company events
- Have flexibility with working hours
